Course Objective

The aim of this course is to provide students with essential information related to communication and to develop their communication skills.

1   To define the concept of communication
2   To analyze the elements of the process of communication
3   To differentiate between different types of communication
4   To define the requirements of developing effective speaking and listening skills
5   To utilize the fundamental communication instruments effectively
6   To define the requirements of the emphatic and persuasive communication
7   To be aware of interpersonal communication conflicts and to make resolution
