Course Objective

It gives information about definition and aim of law, rule of law, parts of law (public law, private and mixed law), functions of law, sistems of law and Turkish law sistem (private and public law)
Aim is to evaluate the current and required rules of law in conceptual level than transfer to right use areas
To develope students knowaldge and skills that students able to sanse law rules in social order
To make stundents use main law rules that learn in their life on their bussines life

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learning the objectives of law and the theoretical knowledge about the basic functions in the social order of its.
2   Learning the rules of law and public, private and mixed branches of the law
3   Comprehending process operation the Turkish judicial system and learning the basic concepts of law
4   Learning differences among sources of law which consists primary law and written law (constitution, laws, international treaties, decrees, bylaws and regulations)
5   Learning the basic principles of the constitution of 1982 and basic functions of the executive, legislative and judicial powers
6   . Learning the consept of right and generally characteristics of rights and right types such as demand, litigation, foreclosure, protection of personal rights
7   Learning basic information about civil law,law of obligations and commercial law under private law
8   Learning distinguishing features among consepts of administrative (managerial) justice, law enforcement, labour law and social security law within the scope of public law
9   Learning which ways and means to be monitored to solve the legal problems that can be encountered in daily and working life
