Course Objective

To the students;
1)To teach the scope and functions of building management systems
2)To teach the objectives and structure of the building management systems
3)To provide information about the benefits of building management system
4)In buildings; to provide information about electricity, lighting, security systems, etc.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To get information about the building management systems of business centers, hospitals, banks, etc.
2   To learn interaction building management systems with eachother.
3   Learn to identify the target and requirements of the building.
4   Have an idea to develop an appropriate management system of the building.

3 Chemical factors in building on OHS
4 Factors relating to the building of dust on OHS
5 Power factor related to the building in OHS

7 Building Management Systems
8 Against explosive atmospheres and fire on OHS
9 Located in the shelter, the residence and subsistence on OHS
10 Building Management OHS in the use of bottles of building materials
11 OHS in the operation and repair of buildings
12 OHS in their infrastructures and disaster
13 Lighting in the building on OHS

It is calculated by taking 40% average grade of Midterm exam, 60% of the final exam success rating.

The understanding degree of students to 4 learning outputs is evaluated by midterm and final exams.
