Course Objective

The aim of this course is to know comprehensively the procedures of occupational health and safety in construction works and practising the of risk assessment, precautions and reporting.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knows the occupational health and safety rules that must be applied in construction sites.
2   Knows the potential risks of occupational accidents in construction sites and take precautions.
3   Learn the risk assessment technique in construction sector.
4   Knows the preparing control lists and reporting.

It is calculated by taking 40% of midterm exam and 60% of the final exam success rating.

The understanding degree of students to 4 learning outputs is evaluated by assignment, quiz and final exams.
