Course Objective

1.To provide becoming familiar to the basic consepts in Occupational Safety Legislation of the students,
2.To give information about legal framework of Development of Unions Law and Turkish Unions Law,
3.To provide learning relation between unions and occupational safety of the students,
4.To provide obtaining inforfation about unions, being members of unions break away unions of the students.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students corroborate information which is taken lesson Occupational Safety l and have grasp of basic issues in legislation.
2   Students obtain detailed information about Regulations of Occupational Health and Safety.
3   Students obtain substantial information about Mission, Authority and Responsibilities of Occupational Health and Safety Specialist in Legislation
4   Students learn importance and function of information of Occupational Safety Legislations on working life.

2 Regulation on the authorization and responsibility of OHS R&D Institute
3 Regulation on the Cessation in the Workplace
4 Regulation on short work and short work allowance
5 Working periods that cannot be divided into weekly working days
6 Regulation on part-time work after maternity leave or unpaid leave
7 Midterm - Regulation on military workplaces and workplaces produce goods for homeland security
8 Regulation of Health and Safety Precautions in the Commercial Building and Extension
9 Regulation of Prevention of Major Industrial Accidents and Mitigation of Impacts
10 Radiation Safety Regulation
11 Elevator, elevator operation and maintenance and elevator periodic control methods
12 Regulations on the Work with Display Screen Equipment Health and Safety Precautions
13 Regulation on the work done on fishing vessels
14 General Assessment and examples
