Course Objective

The aim of the course is to convey the regulations in the Customs Law regarding customs misdemeaners and sanctions. In addition, the awereness of the obliged parties about the meterial and formal duties in the customs taxation process and the students are informed about the scope of the violation of these duties.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To able to seperate customs misdemeaners from smuggling crimes.
2   To be able to determine the provisions to be applied to customs misdemeanors.
3   To be able to explain the elements of customs misdemeanors
4   To be able to explain the situations that prevent the commitment of misdemeanor in terms of customs misdemeanors.
5   To be able to apply administrative and judicial remedies against customs misdeameanors.

3 Application area of the Law of Misdemeaners in terms of custom misdemeanors Digital Evidence in Criminal Procedure and Evaluation of these Evidence
4 Type of customs misdemeanors Responsibility of criminal law arising from the actions of artificial intelligence
5 Elements of customs misdemeanor causing tax loss Cases that partially/completely end the customs sactions
6 Elements of customs misdemeanor causing irregularities. Cases that partially/completely prevent the penalty from being issued
7 custom sactions Resolution of disputes arising from customs misdemeanors at the admisitrative stage
