Course Objective

The objective of this course is to evaluate and compare the rules on evidence and proof from the perspective of fundemental principles of criminal procedure law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to apprehend the basic principles of criminal procedure law.
2   Being able to apprehend the concept of evidence and it's types.
3   Being able to discuss illegaly obtained evidence.
4   Being able to apprehend the ways of obtaining evidence.
5   Being able to discuss the regulations in comperative law.
