Course Objective

The major difference between criminal law and other law disciplines is the weight of the sanctions imposed on individuals by the state. However, the change has shown itself on the theory of sanctions likewise in the other fields of criminal law. In this frame, the aim of the course is to analyze thoroughly and in detail the sanctions, punishment and security measures, against offences.

4   To internalize the philosophy of the theory of sanction
5   To understand the causes of dismissal of an action and vacation of punishment
