Course Objective

to give general information about international criminal law. As a special and significant area and criminal law teach to the students the international jurisdiction authories.

2   being able to expres the references, historical backround, the main principles of the international criminal law
3   being able to associate the judgement criminal courts of the international criminal law
4   being able to evaluate international criminal courts in the aggregate
5   being able to determine dedicately the types of the international criminal courts at the founding agreements
