Course Objective

Fundamental objective of this course is to analyse elements of crime in criminal law deeply.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Analysing of crime concept with its evolution historically process.
2   To analyse elements of crime and relationship with each other
3   To discuss high court decisions and their choices
4   Arguement and improvement in comparative law in terms of crime theory
5   To practice theoretical knowledge which are related elements of crime in present cases.

1 Crime theories in historical evolution process. Crime concept in modern criminal law.
2 The scope of typicalness concept and relationship with other elements of crime.
3 The objective elements of typicalness concept. 1. action 2. consequence 3. principle of causation
4 The subjective elements of typicalness concept. 1. intent and negligence 2. double function of intent/negligence
5 The scope of contradiction to law element and relationship with other elements.
6 Lawfullness factors
7 Midterm Exam
8 Exercise of law provision and self defense
9 Lawfullness factors. enjoyment of right , allowance of victim
10 The scope of culpability element and it's relationship with other elements
11 Occasions which are affected on culpability
12 Occasions which are affected on culpability
13 Occasions which are affected on culpability
14 Other conditions which are out of elements of crime and are affected in penalization.
