Course Objective

The examination of substantial content of international instruments on human rights, their effects on internal law and the various control systems especially including the systems related to the classical rights and social rights.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to evaluate the provisions of international instruments on human rights
2   To be able to explain the methods of international protection
3   To be able to evaluate the effects of various provisions on Turkish law
4   To be able to evaluate Turkish law and practices in analysing decisions and opinions of the international supervisory bodies
5   To be able to analyze the learned knowledge
