Course Objective

Determine to the implementation of right to a fair trial in civil procedure law, in
constitution and in basic human rights texts.

12 Right to a fair hearing and violation of right to a fair trial and its consequences
13 Right of individual application to Constitutional Court
14 Reviewing the European Court of Human Rights verdicts about Turkey
