Course Objective

The aim of the course is to introduce the field of sport psychology, to deal with the togetherness of sports and psychology in different approaches and to evaluate the psychological processes that are prominent in sports.

2   Understanding the mutual effects of sports and psychological processes

4   To gain general knowledge about applications that can increase motivation and success

Assessment Criteria

In total, one midterm, one final and one homework will be conducted. There will be open-ended questions in the levels of information, comprehension, analysis, interpretation and synthesis for all exams.
