Course Objective

The purpose of this course is that to be able to understand the basic concepts of strategic management and strategic management process and to relate the relationship between innovation strategy and strategic management.

7 Strategy Formulation: Basic strategies and sub-groups
8 Corporate strategies (The midterm exam will also be held this week after course hour).

13 The role of leadership and organizational structure in the implementation of innovation strategies
