Course Objective

The objective of this course is to introduce the general principles of philosophical thinking and basic disciplines of philosophy.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The students will be able to distinguish philosophy from other types of knowledge.
2   Knowing the basic fields of philosophy, the basic problems of these fields and different samples of solutions of these problems.
3   Gaining the ability to approach to the world and our age with philosophy (especially with philosophical concepts).
4   Explaining the concepts, problems and solutions of these problems of philosophy to other people.
5   Gaining the ability to comprehend the current problems of philosophy and find original solutions for them.
