Course Objective

To analyse principle of social state and economic and social rights from the point of public law/constitutional law.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to have full knowledge of legal bases of principle of Social State.
2   To be able to Express protection area and guarantees of social and economic rights.
3   To be able to analyse legal measures concerning social state.
4   To be able to examine elements of social state and social/economic rights.
5   To be able to explain principle of social state and social and economic rights under the international law and judicial decisions.
