Assessment of management concept and principles, types of contemporary management in general; and composition, management elements and functionality of Turkish sports in particular

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knows about the definitions and concepts of management and sports management
2   Able to define the types and elements of management and dimensions of sports management
3   Able to develop the task allocation diagram for sports organizations
4   Able to apply and analyze performance sports, fitness sports and recreational sports
5   Able to develop brain storm on the management problems of sports and their solutions

11 Physical Fitness and Sports Institutions in Turkey and their functions
12 Organization and management of sports activities in the primary, secondary and high schools
13 Comparative analysis of recreational sports on the basis of national and international cases
