Course Objective

Artistic gymnastics movements, strength, flexibility and coordination abilities, such as branch specific productions, as well as technical phases of development, both theoretically and practically, to teach gymnastics demonstration of individual and group work (with or without tool) is to teach the formation of choreography.

1   To identify basic information about the history and artistic gymnastics disciplines
2   To classify general rules of artistic gymnastics.
3   To make Artistic Gymnastic make basic movements.
4   To Create Koreorafi and group work to produce.
5   To explain the use of Branch of artistic gymnastics in physical education classes

2 Definition of Gymnastics, history, disciplines. Development of the world and in Turkey.
3 Holding of the body, ordering exercises, Ordering, and sequences
4 Artistic forms of gymnastics, general warm-up exercises
5 Basic physical fitness activities, basic postures
6 Basic physical fitness activities, tool-free studies (floor exercises)
7 Basic physical fitness activities, gymnastics apparatus studies (rope box, gymnastics order) Group exercises, group exercises with apparatus, Drills
8 Floor Exercise on Cushions , teaching of movements
9 Floor Exercise on Cushions , teaching of movements
10 Floor movements, individual apparatus exercises (hoop, stick, rope, gymnastics order)
11 Floor movements, group exercise with tools
12 Performing gymnastics (body and rhythm work)
