Course Objective

Rhythmic gymnastics-IV lesson aims to group exercises, practice basic techniques of group exercises apparatus, group work, create a composition of group with or without apparatus and apparatus forming the training programs

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Practicing the basic skills of RC group exercises .
2   Comprehensing RC branch rules and features of group exercises .
3   Creating the coordination between the body lovements, apparatus usage and the music.
4   Ability to create coreography with group exercises and writing form.
5   Recognizing the national and international RC platform.
