Course Objective

Rhythmic gymnastics-2 lesson aims to practice basic techniques of clubs apparatus, comprehand the specific training theory of RC, gain the balance skill and its importance, create a composition of clubs apparatus and forming the training programs.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Practicing the basic skills of RC clubs appatatus.
2   Comprehensing RC branch rules and features of clubs apparatus.
3   Creating the coordination between the body lovements, apparatus usage and the music.
4   Ability to create coreography with clubs apparatus and writing form.
5   Recognizing the national and international RC platform.
