Course Objective

To make the student has the knowledge and the ability about writing, recording and archiving the patient assessment and physiotherapy program according to the assessment results with the literature research.

1   Knows the concepts concerning physiotherapy documentation
2   Explains writing and recording the patient assessment and physiotherapy programs
3   Archives the assessment and treatment programs in proper way
4   Has the ability of performing literature research on physiotherapy documentation
5   Synthesizes the collected information and performs verbal and visual presentations about his results
