Course Objective

Students will improve their skills in assessing, forming a treatment program for and imply those skills on patients with different orthopedic pathologies of the spine and upper extremity

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   By the end of the module students will be able to assess patients with orthopaedic pathology of shoulder also create and apply suitable treatment programs.
2   By the end of the module students will be able to assess patients with orthopaedic pathology of elbow also create and apply suitable treatment programs.
3   By the end of the module students will be able to assess patients with orthopaedic pathology of wrist- hand also create and apply suitable treatment programs.
4   By the end of the module students will be able to perform a general physiotherapy assessment and analysis of a patient with lower extremity orthopaedic problem.
5   By the end of the module students will be able to assess patients with scoliosis also create and apply suitable treatment programs.
