Course Objective

It is aimed to provide knowledge of arthroplasty rehabilitation which is the most common performed orthopedic surgeries.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   By the end of the module students will be able to identify the definition, development, and types of arthroplasty, also material information and surgery techniques.
2   By the end of the module students will be able to anaesthesia method and post operative pain control in arthroplasty.
3   By the end of the module students will be able to perform rehabilitation methods in upper extremity arthroplasties.
4   By the end of the module students will be able to perform rehabilitation methods in lower extremity arthroplasties.
5   By the end of the module students will be able to perform rehabilitation methods in spine, tumour and revision arthroplasties.
