Course Objective

1. Gaining basic knowledge about strategic management and policy deployment
2. Determining the location of quality management in strategic objectives of the organizations and to making consciousness of quality is an integral part of the strategy
3. Developing strategy and compatible quality policies and gaining knowledge and skills about how to carry out the plans and activities which are necessary for the implementation of these policies

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To know the concepts of Strategic Planning and Strategic Management.
2   To be aware of the operations to be executed to develop strategies and policies.
3   To be aware of the integral position of the quality management in strategic management.
4   To know how to create and perform quality-related strategic objectives
5   To know the concepts of change management which are needed to be done to achieve quality objectives.
