Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give the essential tools to manage projects. The course is meant to complement related courses in the Master of Quality Management program. It focuses on the critical theoretical and practical issues in project management. In this course, students are expected to get a clear understanding of project management and to be able to use the necessary tools to manage projects successfully.

The course is given in lectures, class discussions and class presentations. Students are required to read the assigned articles and texts and get prepared for class participation before each session. Moreover, cases and assignments are employed to enhance the understanding of course topics.
