Course Objective

To improve the students physical talents and having the right lifting and carrying abilities by gaining enough power, strength, flexibility.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Student can explain the importance of exercise, body building and to sustain it in the way of the profession.
2   Student improves physical talents by using various technics so can implement carrying process with better carrying technics.
3   Student learns how to get over possible difficulties by completing physical improvement and can implement the right carrying tehnics.
