Course Objective

The aim of this course is to develop an advanced knomledge and understanding of selected aspects of alternative resolution methods of disputes derived Civil Law and Law of Obligations on a professional level.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To learn the methods and techniques of resolution of disputes deriving from Civil Law and Law of Obligations.
2   To determine legal conflicts related with Civil Law and Law of Obligations.
3   To consider legal disputes deriving from Civil Law and Law of Obligations from a legal point of view.
4   Have the ability to resolve disputes deriving from Civil Law and Law of Obligations with alternative solution methods.
5   Have the abiltiy to express their original ideas about alternative dispute resolution methods both oral and written.
