Course Objective

To gain knowledge and ability to define description of therapeutic exercise, to understand the physiologic background and applications, creating updated superior therapeutic exercise programs using the critical thinking according to assessment outcomes, developing safe and effective therapeutic programs for the general population as well as individualized programs.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Undertsands concepts, physiologic mechanisms and recent applications concerning therapeutic exercise
2   Performs updated assessments in order to create therapeutic exercise program
3   Creates updated superior therapeutic exercise programs using the critical thinking according to assessment outcomes.
4   Developes and applies safe and effective therapeutic programs for the general population as well as individuals.
5   Synthesises the collected informations and performs verbal and visual presentations about his results.
