Course Objective

To learn main occurred physiological alterations in human body during exercise , to know the effects of acute and chronic exercise effects, to know the main principles of the assessment of exercise performance, to know the differences the effects of exercises in different gender and age groups, to know the alterations of the answers to exercises in different enviromental conditions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Knows energy changes of metabolisms, and can able to connect the changes in energy systems during different exercise models.
2   Discusses physiological answers to exercise.
3   Arranges the differences of physiological answers occured during different exercise species.
4   Able to physiological changes due to chronic exercises.
5   Able to discuss effects of exercises in different groups.
6   Able to discuss principles of the assessment of exercise performance
7   Able to apply basic measurement methods for exercise tests.
