Course Objective

This course aims to make the students gain necessary knowledge of general and local anatomy required to implement physiotherapy applications, espacially manual techniques, and to teach correct palpation techniques in the light of these knowledge.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The student knows superficial localization and boundaries of the anatomical structures
2   The Student knows possible palpable anatomical structures of the body.
3   The student knows the correct palpation techniques of the musculoskeletal system
4   The student can evaluate the results of palpation the musculoskeletal system in normal and pathological conditions .
