Course Objective

Students will learn main ideas, goals, joint play, resting positions, treatment planes, convex-concave rule implementing principles of mobilization techniques.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of the course students will be able to identify the main ideas, goals, indications and contra-indications of manipulation and mobilization.
2   At the end of the course students will able to define the features of gliding, rolling, rotation, distraction and compression motions and joint play, resting positions, treatment planes, convex-concave rule implementing principles.
3   At the end of the course students will able to practise distraction and gliding techniques to the joints of lower extremities.
4   At the end of the course students will able to practise distraction and gliding techniques to the joints of upper extremities.
5   At the end of the course students will able to practise distraction and gliding techniques to the joints of columna vertebralis.

3 Implementation principles of mobilization techniques
4 Mobilization techniques of the hip joint
5 Mobilization techniques of the knee joints
6 Mobilization techniques of the ankle and foot joints
7 Mobilization techniques of the shoulder joints
8 Midterm exam
9 Mobilization techniques of the elbow joints
10 Mobilization techniques of the wrist and hand joints
11 Mobilization techniques of the cervical joints.
12 Mobilization techniques of the thorasic joints
13 Mobilization techniques of the lumbal and sacro-iliac joints
14 Mobilization techniques of the nerves
15 Mobilization techniques of the nerves.
