Course Objective

Basic gymnastics movements, strength, flexibility and coordination abilities, such as branch specific productions, as well as technical phases of development, both theoretically and practically, to teach gymnastics demonstration of individual and group work (with or without tool) is to teach the formation of choreography. It is necessary to learn the branches within the International Gymnastics Federation and Turkish Gymnastics Federation

2   To classify rules of gymnastics branches.
3   To make basic gymnastic movements.
4   To Create coreografi and group works.
5   To explain the use of Branch of gymnastics in physical education classes.

2 Definition of Gymnastics, history, disciplines. Development of the world and in Turkey.
3 Holding of the body, ordering exercises, Ordering, and sequences
4 Basic forms of gymnastics, general warm-up exercises
5 Basic physical fitness activities, basic postures
6 Basic physical fitness activities, tool-free studies (floor exercises)
7 Basic physical fitness activities, gymnastics apparatus studies (rope box, gymnastics order) Group exercises, group exercises with apparatus, Drills
8 Floor Exercise on Cushions , teaching of movements
9 Floor movements, individual apparatus exercises (hoop, stick, rope, gymnastics order)
10 Floor movements, group exercise with tools
11 Performing gymnastics (body and rhythm work)
12 Artistic gymnastics women-men rules
13 Rhtymic- aerobic gymnastics rules
14 Trampoline gymnastics rules
