Course Objective

Teaching methods of skills in Artistic Gymnastics in basic and intermediate levels, to classify Artistic Gymnastics contest rules and to create series of small age groups and categories of sports stars, to perform the transfer of the information about the artistic gymnastics competition organizations.

3   To apply the teaching methods of Artistic gymnastics skills

4 Floor movements teaching steps and techniques Handstand and movements from handstand

6 Floor movements teaching steps and techniques Basic acrobatic moves Cartwheel
7 Floor movements teaching steps and techniques Basic acrobatic moves Uberschlagen
