Course Objective

This course includes topics like the importance and position of measurement and evaluation in learning-teaching process, basic concepts about measurement and evaluation, the characteristics of measurement tools and techniques, basic statistical procedures related to measures, basic concepts, features and developmental processes of testing tools and techniques, and different evaluation approaches to education.
