Course Objective

To give basic information about regulation of surface water and underground water.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   How to Know the historical development of water law. 2   Accepted rules of civil law, to perceive the concepts of public and private water 3   Waters of relevant laws and regulations, rights and responsibilities How to Know How to investigate 4   Produce a project, accordance with DSI technical specification 5   5. To know laws, rules and regulations related to water well drilling

Week Subject Description 1 Groundwater (the concept, the historical development of water law) 2 The rules adopted civil law (which is the subject of private law private property waters) 3 The rules adopted civil law (general and special waters) 4 Private waters (water resources, water resources utilization, precedent cases for water resources). 5 Public waters (benefit from the general waters. This course is a theoretical course in the classroom lecture and discussion on problems related to the subject in the form of creating artificial problems will be covered. Responsibilities of relevant laws and rules and regulations imposed will be created in the class discussion.
