Course Objective

Description of physical and chemical properties of minerals, the main mineral groups, rock forming minerals usage of important minerals. The structural features of earth's crust. To do classification of marble types which are called magmatic, sedimantery and metamorphic.

1   Description of physical and chemical properties of rock forming minerals
2   Description of the structural properties of crustal
3   Classification of the basic rock types that make up the earth's crust
4   To compare with the main mineral compositions of rocks and the basic characteristics of the overall texture.
5   Knowledge association structural features of the basic rock types
