Course Objective

The objective of this course is to understand the importance of innovation, to create a perspective on successfully executing and managing innovation and to present examples.

2   To have information about the innovation process and the mechanisms related to managing and controlling this process
3   To learn how to protect innovation outcomes and intellectual property rights
