Course Objective

The objective of course, to introduce the main methods and tools in production and organization management, to prsent the basic concepts and main decision subjects in the field of production management, to demonstrate appropriate solutions.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To create job definitions by interpreting the necessary concepts and relationships in production and production management
2   To understand how to production planning and control
3   To perform feasibility studies for new workplace or factory installation
4   To work for resource efficiency and process efficiency
5   To make demand forecasts for the production of goods and services
