Course Objective

To transfer the production and processing periods of the natural stone and to present the recent technologies of natural stone factories with their related applications

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to conceive the production techniques in natural stone factories and understand the workflow processes
2   to conceive the basic machinery and equipment in natural stone factory
3   to conceive block and slab cutting techniques in natural stone factory
4   to introduce surface, packaging/shipping, and stocking processes in the natural stone factory
5   to conceive natural stone factory management with waste management and recycle
