Course Objective

The aim of this course is to give information on the human resources and development in agriculture, put forward agricultural labor issues and recommend possible solutions .

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to evaluate the possibilities of employment in agriculture.
2   Being able to discuss the concept of human resources in rural areas.
3   Being able to evaluate the importance of human resource management in rural areas.
4   Being able to interpret the studies in the field of human resources for the development of rural.
5   Being able to interpret to the overall position of women and children in rural areas of labor and employment and their roles.
