Course Objective

Teaching decision techniques to figure out whether investing a project is profitable or not and teaching how feasibility studies done, how projects prepared and evaluated.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to estimate demands about agricultural production.
2   . Being able to gain deciding ability about profitable project.
3   Being able to use financial resources about probable investments efficiently for production of zoological or agricultural goods.
4   Being able to choose investment project techniques and investments which have higher rantability and short paid back period
5   Being able to work pre-feasibility and feasibility reports associated with agricultural project.

5 Methods used for placement of foundation. Factors of location assessment
6 Selecting Agricultural Credits ,Financial Plans, Financial Resources, Capital Cost, Time Value of Money and Reduced Ratio

9 Determining Project Incomes and Expenses, Project Period ,Cash Flow Statements, Reduced Cash Flow Calculation
