Course Objective

To learn the land surveying techniques, application and make the necessary basic computations.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to convert measurement units and scale types to each other.
2   To be able to understand the technical terms used in zoning law and its simple applications.
3   To be able to perform the installation of field measurement tools and setup process.
4   To be able to calculate area and volume of excavation by using field measurements.
5   To be able to perform profile extraction application by using the results obtained from the measurement on site.
