Course Objective

Application of ceramic in any outer place, taking into account Urban pottery of the historical process and contemporary examples..

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Know Urban culture, the concept of urban identity, learn about the urban consciousness of being city-dweller
2   Know the importance of the street furniture in historical and cultural background
3   Know appropriateness and meeting of the ceramic material with the texture of the city
4   Know information about the city and citizens is based on Architectural space
5   Know the formation of identity of the Urban happens with the accumulation
6   Know accumulation of cultural knowledge, and thus formed the urban spaces of the city identity
7   Know the effect of the urban aesthetics of ceramic art
8   Know the development of the historical process of the ceramic material

The student will design with ceramic-materials to a outside area on time and will finish the project by a maket.

Assessment Criteria

The student will make design with ceramic material and finish with model and presentation.

Attendance to the course, Make model and design in time and make presentation.

Course Policies and Rules

1. %80 attendance is compulsory.
2. All the copy attempt ending with the disciplinary charge.
3. Not attending to the course, not making homeworks, giving the Works late is not excuse.
4. If the student work is late fort he final time, even the student attended to the course will be accepted as failed.
