Course Objective

Students will obtain the basic design knowledge for suface decoration on unfired clay form.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Know basic information in ceramic design regarding ceramic decoration application of both before and after firing techniques. Obtain the technical knowledge required to utilize the techniques in practical decorative application.
2   Have information and infrastructure to make unique and creative design.
3   Use the correct technique of ceramic materials in forming and decoration.
4   Apply and use technical equipment required correctly for designing ceramic decoration.
5   Capable of solving problems encountered and time management for design implementation.
