Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

The instructor encourages the students to observe, research and analyse the designs
of illuminations in architecture. Furthermore, he instructs the order of the acquired
data, the basic concepts and their correct application.

The instructor leads the students to document the project application with the help of
technical reports, designs and drawings, and then to turn them into projects.

We aim to have the students comprehend the analysis study to be done before the
design studies. The students are expected to learn and use that analysis together with
the application techniques. Moreover, the students are to learn and apply the materials
and repair techniques on the construction.

The students are to foresee and apply the application stages in illumination
designing studies; carry out a common project with different disciplines.
