Course Objective |
The purpose of this course is to learn types and formation of free radicals and also damages on biomolecules resulted from free radicals. In parallel, it involves the antioxidant defense system. The role of oxidative stress in the formation of various disease will be discussed. In the practise session of this course, techniques using in the detection of oxidant and antioxidant parameters will be performed in the laboratory. |
