Course Objective |
The aim is to support the students academically for their artistic studies in the field they want to specialize, and have them make some pattern designs and practices in addition to `Certificate Study'. |

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
In this course, students realize original design patterns for carpet weaving technique and materials in accordance with their thesis subject. During this study, their work is debated over and they are guided necessarily. |

Further Notes About Assessment Methods |
The students' studies are evaluated as a project and they will perform these studies before a jury. The student's attendance and class performance will also be evaluated by the instructor's satisfaction. |
Assessment Criteria |
The project and the presentation will be evaluated out of 100 separately. The 80% of the project grade and the 20% of the attendance will determine the pass grade. |
