Course Objective |
The aim of the course to prepare students for courses that are related to the traditional textile arts and designs in the four years of B.A. Hons. Education. |

Study sources will differ according to the example that students prefer to work on. Fort his reason, students will first carry out a bibliographic research. |
Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods |
In the course, after scanning the the literature and visual data related to the geographical area of work, fabric printing techniques and printing design rules will be analyised and original designs will be carried out accordingly. |

Further Notes About Assessment Methods |
All the work carried out by the student will be evaluated as a single Project, to be presented to a jury. Student s performance during presentation and his/her work will be evaluated seperately. |
Assessment Criteria |
In the evaluation criterias, priority is given to the appropriateness of student s work to given subjects in design phases and their success in transforming their designs into practical applications. Student participation in class and cooperation in joint projects will be taken into account. |
