Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed to support the students with a field they have chosen, with their artistic and theoretical studies, researches.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   make researches as the one having professional responsibility and ethic consciousness,
2   use scientific resources for the proficiency thesis subject,
3   analyse by using resources and use professional abilities,
4   collaborate with different disciplines and use it in proficiency field,
5   present their studies and researches effectively.

12 Completing the draft studies of the designs within the scope of the diploma study
13 Evaluation of the written text in terms of results
14 Evaluation of the text and original applications written within the scope of the diploma study

Recomended or Required Reading

The sources vary according to the thesis topic chosen by the student.

Planned Learning Activities and Teaching Methods

A bibliography study of the selected subject is done, and main and supplementary resources are determined. After settling the research method, the students studies are observed and directed by weekly periods.

The success grade will depend on the students studies and presentations by a jury s evaluation.

Assessment Criteria

Thesis study and presentation will be evaluated out of 100.

Course Policies and Rules

The students are to be in class in time and their studies are examined in the lesson every week. 70 % attendance is compulsory. The students who haven t submitted their thesis study on the determined day cannot get thesis justify.
