Course Objective |
Industrial and organizational psychology is the scientific study of employees, workplaces, and organizations. The aim of this course is to provide deepen knowledge to learners in order to contribute to an organization's success by improving the performance and well-being of employees. It focuses on how behaviors and attitudes can be improved through hiring practices, training programs, and feedback systems. It also helps organizations transition among periods of change and development. |
